    Close Contact/Eventing Saddles

    Close Contact saddles as the name implies will give the rider a closer contact to the horse.  The shallow seat allows the rider's movement to more easily rise in two point contact over a fence as needed.  Also, the stirrup bars are situated more forward as well as the flap being angled more forward allowing a shorter stirrup leather length to accommodate the jumping position.
